charming stay
helpful staff great location easy travel
asha joshi. tamer elgamal and umair were helpful as well. i was very pleased with the location being close to the metro and various shops. travelling around was simple.
i noticed the breakfast options could use a little improvement. the cereal selection was pretty limited.

the room had a very spacious feel, and it included modern decor. it featured a comfortable king-size bed for resting after a long day exploring. the room also had fast wifi, a great addition.

the rooftop pool offered a relaxing space with city views. there were about twenty loungers around the pool . the fitness center included several treadmills and weight machines for workouts.

great stay near the metro
metro station cute staff early check-in
i really enjoyed the hotel's proximity to the metro station. it made getting around very easy. the staff were cute and always ready to help. i especially appreciated the early check-in that they offered. the room was very clean and well-kept. the bed provided a comfortable night's sleep.
the noise coming from the nightclub in the early hours was quite loud. the hotel might need better soundproofing.

the reception team provided us with attentive and helpful assistance during our entire stay, showing genuine care. their proactive approach ensured all needs were handled, and every interaction was friendly. the staff were dedicated to making our stay a nice experience.

attentive staff convenient location malfunctioning tv loud music
The staff seemed eager to help! asha joshi and umair at reception were particularly attentive. the location was also convenient. I found the train station nearby.
The tv in my room didn't function properly, a minor inconvenience. there was also music coming from the bar upstairs every night, and it was a little loud. Though i understood it, it bothered me.
