The staff seemed eager to help! asha joshi and umair at reception were particularly attentive. the location was also convenient. I found the train station nearby.
The tv in my room didn't function properly, a minor inconvenience. there was also music coming from the bar upstairs every night, and it was a little loud. Though i understood it, it bothered me.
